Following a refund matter I experienced yesterday. I can confirm that when speaking to Terry the owner the matter has been resolved very quickly and professionally. I can confirm that my normal experience of Ultimate taxis and the standard of service is very good. The drivers are on time – polite and friendly. Happy to support and promote this local business. Thank you Terry for taking the time to call me today – it is very much appreciated.

Have had occasion to use this taxi service in the last couple of weeks and have found them to provide an excellent service. Not only that they are also very good value. Last night we were picked up from Telford Station close to midnight. Our driver Mac was waiting for us when we got off the train in a nice clean car. Will be using them in the future.

Highly recommended! My partner booked Ultimate taxis for my hen party to and from Liverpool, great service very friendly and professional. We have also booked them to get our guests home after our wedding, we will continue to use and recommend.
