- All customers as per government guidance from 24th July 2020 must wear a face mask when using our transport (only exceptions are those customers who have a medical exemption certificate and anyone below the age of 11 years old). This is to further prevent the spread of Covid19 and therefore further protect the public and drivers

We have a team of proffesional DBS enhanced checked fully licensed drivers all of which are 100% safe (fully vetted and have to sign a Terms of Engagement contract in order to be able to comply and therefore sub contract work from ourselves).
We can offer bookings for cars, MPVs, 8/16 passenger seater minibus for appointment journeys (or any transport requirements) for doctors, hospitals, events, nightclubs locally or long distance, airport transfers/ferry transfers and even 50 seater coaches for days out.
We have a High Street shop with seating for customers indoors (whilst waiting for booked transport) which has features such as full CCTV coverage and a taxi marshall (working during the busier early hours periods) to further ensure customer safety. Please note shop is closed (temporarily only as full service still provided as booking staff - desk operators working remotely from home) from April 2020 to June 14th 2020. Shop now has desk operators working in it (from 15th June 2020 as per government guidance) but to further prevent the spread of Covid19, we have put a intercom outside for customers to use with a hand sanitiser provided and customers will not be able to enter the shop until it is much safer to do so.

Every driver hired by our taxi company is required to obtain a Private Hire License. This means that all our drivers are fully DBS enhanced checked and pass the appropriate strict tests by the local councils to ensure they are fit and proper before granting the licence . All drivers are checked prior to starting to ensure they have the appropriate Private Hire licence and there driving licences are checked regularly to ensure they are in date and have 6 points or less on them (throughout sub-contracting to them). Our drivers are always smartly dressed, courteous and polite. We'll go the extra mile to make your journey exceptionally pleasant.
